SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING NOTICE
The Cumberland County Board of County Commissioners will hold the following Special Emergency County Commissioner Board Meeting:
Friday, September 6, 2024 at 8:00 AM – Special Emergency County Commissioner Board Meeting
The special emergent County Commissioner Board Meeting will be held at 8:00 AM at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302 and via teleconference through Microsoft Teams. The Public may attend the meeting in person or remotely via teleconference.

This meeting is being conducted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-9b, in order to deal with matters of such urgency and importance that a delay for the purpose of providing adequate notice under the N.J. Open Public Meetings Act would likely result in substantial harm to the public interest. The purpose of this meeting will be an open public meeting to take action on the certain limited matter concerning the Minutes of a meeting of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority held on August 28, 2024.
The Emergency meeting will be limited to discussion of and acting upon the matters referenced above.
