BLAST Program To Hold Awards Ceremony
Gateway Community Action Partnership’s 21st Century Schools BLAST after-school program for Bridgeton students in fourth through eighth grade will hold an awards ceremony at 3:30 p.m., Friday, June 3 at West Avenue School, 51 N. West Avenue in Bridgeton.
Trophies and certificates will be given to nearly 100 students who participated in the 10-week bowling program done in collaboration with the Bridgeton Area PAL Program and Legacy Lanes.
Trophies will be presented to the overall top three high scorers as well as to the top scorer in each grade level. Certificates will be presented to all program participants.
Joining Gateway CAP BLAST program staff for the ceremonies will be Bridgeton Area PAL Executive Director Officer Tom Gramp, Bridgeton Chief of Police Mark Ott and representatives from Legacy Lanes.
