Cumberland County College To Hold
Health Care Certification Information Sessions

Cumberland County College (CCC) will hold information sessions in August on certification programs leading to fulfilling careers in the health care field.

On Tuesday, August 9, at 4:30 p.m., an information session will be held on the Clinical Medical Assistant program; at 6 p.m. the same day, the Phlebotomy program will be discussed.

CCC’s Allied Health certification program will be addressed on Friday, August 12 at 2 p.m., and a session on the Clinical Medical Assistant program will be held Thursday, August 25 at 4:30 p.m.

All four info sessions will take place in CCC’s Luciano Conference Center.

“They’re wonderful opportunities to break into the health care field, which is pretty much the only field that has generated jobs during these very difficult economic times,” said Vicki Simek, Executive Director of Professional and Community Education (PACE) at CCC.
