Cumberland County Library is hosting Movie Night on May 22th.
This classic movie about 1950s teenagers stars James Dean as a rebellious young man named Jim with a troubled past who comes to a new town, finding friends and enemies. Jim must prove himself to his peers in switchblade knife fights and "chickie" games in which cars race toward a seaside cliff. Costars Natalie Wood. The movie was nominated for three Oscars.
Rated PG-13. Showtime is at 5:30 PM in the Library Meeting Room.
Admission is free to all. Popcorn, soda, and water will be available for $1 each and are free to all seniors.
