Yoga with Ceci continues at the Cumberland County Library on Mondays February 3, 10, and 24 at 10:30 am.   There will be no class on 2/17 as the County Library is closed for Presidents' Day.

Classes on Wednesday will be held on February 5, 19, 26 at 6:30 pm .There is no class on 2/12 for Lincoln’s Birthday. The library is closed.

The Cumberland County Library is located on Route 49 in Bridgeton. Call 453 2210 Ext. 101 for directions. This class is for adults of all ages and levels of ability. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

If this is your first yoga session with Ceci, please arrive 15 minutes before start time. Please be prepared to practice in bare feet (or sticky socks).  Wear comfortable clothing. Beginners and all levels welcome for a soft and gentle class! 

Props are available at all locations- straps, blocks, and chairs.
