Spooktacular Fun at the Cumberland County Library Planned!

 The Cumberland County Library's Children's Program Coordinator, Christina Campbell,
announces the Cumberland County Library's first Halloween coloring contest and party to be
held at the library on October 31st from 10 am to 1 pm. Children can submit their coloring
page at the circulation desk at the library through October 29. The pages will be displayed
in the gallery area at the library for judging. A winner will be announced at the Halloween
party on the 31st. Children who come dressed in their Halloween costume will have their
