4/5/2022 - Spring Into Health - Free Blood Pressure Check and Nutrition Tips
Start your spring on a heart-healthy note! In recognition of Minority Health Awareness Month, representatives from Rutgers Institute for Health will be at the Cumberland County Library.
Free blood pressure checks will be provided from 5-6pm, followed by an educational presentation which will highlight the ways that nutrition can play a crucial role in preventing cancer.
Everyone in attendance for the program will receive their own “Cumberland County Care Package”, a heavy duty canvas tote bag packed with useful health and hygiene supplies.
The Spring Into Health program will take place at the Cumberland County Library on Thursday, April 28, from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
