Cumberland County Library is hosting Movie Night on August 16 at 5:30 pm.
In this month’s film, acclaimed filmmaker Christopher Nolan (director of “Oppenheimer”) tells the incredible but true story of World War Two's Battle of Dunkirk. Hundreds of thousands of British and Allied troops are surrounded by German forces. Trapped on the beach with their backs to the sea they face an impossible situation as the German army closes in.
This film is rated PG-13.
Showtime is at 5:30 PM in the Library Meeting Room. Admission is free. No registration is required. Light refreshments will be served. Movie Night is held on the third Wednesday of every month.
