The Cumberland County Recreation Commission presented a check to Vineland Mayor Anthony Fanucci for the rehabilitation of local basketball courts! We are excited to help improve recreational spaces in our community, supporting healthy and active lifestyles.

The ceremony was attended by several key representatives from both Cumberland County and the City of Vineland. Representing Cumberland County were Commissioner Sandy Taylor, Recreation Commission Chair Chris Wilson, Vice Chair John Fuqua, and Omarey Williams, County Recreation and Shared Services Coordinator. Their presence underscored the county’s dedication to investing in community recreation and fostering partnerships that enhance public spaces.

From Vineland, Alexis Gomez, Head of the Recreation Department, and Jessica, COO of Sound Mind, Sound Body of NJ, joined the event, reflecting the city's enthusiasm for revitalizing local parks and promoting sports and wellness programs.
