Mental Health and Dance Workshop at Cumberland County Library on May 24

Cumberland County Library is hosting a free mental health and therapy workshop on Saturday, May 24, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
Join Cumberland County Library in partnership with One Step Forward Initiative founder Ashley Campbell for a fun and interactive morning filled with a discussion on mental health and a dance workshop. Come and Learn ways to express yourself and grow with mental health. Refreshments will be served.
