NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND

SMALL CITIES PROGRAM

The County of Cumberland is presently implementing a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program for the Cumberland County Manor Nursing Home, 154 Sunny Slope Drive, Bridgeton, New Jersey. A well will be repaired and the treatment facility will be renovated to serve residents of the Cumberland Manor Nursing Home.

In accordance with the Community Development Citizen Participation requirements, a Public Hearing is being held in order to review the performance and status of activities and to identify future CD activities of the above identified Community Development Program. This second hearing is in addition to a Public Hearing that was held in the planning stages of this Program and prior to submission to the Application for Small Cities funding.

Interested citizens are invited to attend this Hearing, which is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at 3:00 PM in the Freeholder Meeting Room, Cumberland County Administration Building, 790 East Commerce Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey, 08302.

Citizens are advised that they can send written comments to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Small Cities CDBG Program, Post Office Box 811, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, during a ten (10) day period following this Public Hearing.
