Duties:                  Reports to the Division Head or other supervisory official; has charge of the economical and professional management of all functions, services, facilities, and personnel associated with the storage, preparation and service of food at a nutrition project site; supports social services activities as part of a nutrition program for senior citizens; performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:  One (1) year of supervisory experience in a cafeteria, food service or dining room facility. Possession of a valid New Jersey driver’s license. Excellent driving record. Knowledge of principles and practices involved in supervising a food service facility; methods and procedures used to establish, knowledge of special programs, and maintain and control food service. Ability to see that desired objectives are achieved and to establish and maintain good employee and client relationships.  Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

Hours:                   25 hours per week. 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
