Cumberland County Freeholder James Quinn and longtime member of the Cumberland County Utilities Authority Harvey S. Friedman.  Mr. Friedman retired after 30 years of service on the Authority.  The Board of Chosen Freeholders recognized Mr. Friedman during their Tuesday January 23, 2018 meeting.
