Assistant Personnel Technician (Part-time 20hrs/week)
Salary Range: TBD based on experience

Open to: Open to residents of Cumberland County.

Duties: Under close supervision, assists with the more routine work involved in varied personnel transactions, and conducts field investigations of procedures, complaints, grievances, and other personnel matters; does related work as required.

Requirements: EDUCATION:  Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree.

    NOTE: Applicants who do not meet the above education requirement may substitute experience in personnel work which shall have included position classification, compensation, benefits administration, testing, interviewing, and/or related activities on a year for year basis. 


LICENSE:  Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position

Note:  Offers of employment for this title are contingent upon successful completion of physical fitness testing, to include drug screenings, and criminal background checks.
