Storm-Damaged Holding Road Could be Open by Christmas

Construction crews began work this week on rebuilding the section of Hopewell Township's Holding Road washed out in historic flooding back in August that also destroyed a number of other roads and bridges in western Cumberland County.

Weather permitting, the contractor hopes to have the road reopened by Christmas.
