6/12/2015 - New Library Card App for Phones

Never Be Without Your County Library Card!

Imagine your library card in your smart phone. Well, imagine no more! Cumberland County Library now accepts and can read library card barcode numbers stored in popular smart phone apps like CardStar® and KeyRing. This is an excellent solution for those who dislike carrying a bulky card or whose key ring cards frequently get cracked, damaged, or lost. Users can always have their card with them without running home first to retrieve it - or worse, incurring a replacement fee. Also, since your library card will always be with you, it will be easy to retrieve if you ever need access to any of the library's many other mobile based products -- from eBooks to eMusic or eMagazines, etc. You can download the CardStar® and KeyRing apps for free today from the AppStore for iOS devices and from Google Play for Android devices. For most devices with a camera, you can scan your card in right away. Try out one or both apps today.

Cumberland County Library is located at 800 E. Commerce St. (State Route 49) in Bridgeton. For more information, call the library at (856) 453-2210, or go online to http://www.CCLNJ.org. The library is handicap accessible.
