Rowan College of South Jersey- Cumberland appoints two new trustees
Bridgeton, NJ – September 22, 2023
With the full confidence of the Cumberland County Commissioners and in the presence of liaison to Rowan College of South Jersey County Commissioner Victoria Groetsch-Lods, two new members were appointed to Rowan College of South Jersey - Cumberland Campus Board of Trustees for a term of four years beginning September 19, 2023, at their regular meeting on September 19, 2023. Danielle Carroll and Greg Lopergolo will now be a part of the governing body of the College contributing to the oversight of budget approvals, establishment of policies, facilities management, determining education curriculum, appointing, and nominating the college President, and employees, determining compensation and terms of employment.
The Trustee Board consists of thirteen members who are appointed in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 64A, Section 1, et seq. of Higher Education. Two of the thirteen members are appointed by the Governor and the remainder by the Rowan College of South Jersey -Cumberland Search Committee.
The Board of Trustees meets primarily at The Rowan College Campus every third Tuesday of the month. Any changes to meeting dates and locations are advertised in advance.
