Information & Assistance/Outreach Program
Aging and Disability Resource Connection
"Reaching out to Senior Citizens and the Disabled"
Federal, state and local agencies provide certain services to older citizens and disabled persons. The Outreach Program sends trained paraprofessionals into the community to assist people in obtaining these needed services and benefits. This counseling is provided either through office visits at one of several Outreach Stations in the County, or through scheduled home visits.
