CUMBERLAND COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
The Cumberland County Department of Corrections maintains a mail system in which all incarcerated persons can send and receive mail.
For sending Legal mail: Attorney’s Only
Effective August 1, 2026, all attorneys that need to send legal correspondence to an inmate at the Cumberland County Correctional Facility will be given access to the LIAM LEGAL dashboard. Law offices are vetted and verified through EIN and state bar association credentials. The registration is available directly from CCDOC home page. There is a video on CCDOC homepage that instructs you how to set up your account. (https://vimeo.com/showcase/11968193?fl=so&fe=fs)
